Problem
Nomad Insurance, the clients primary product is designed for digital nomads, though many of the customers are infrequent travelers which means they purchase shorter policies.
To increase the percentage of recurring policies, we must target the correct audience.
Insight
Most of the clients current audience is made up of infrequent travelers, not digital nomads.
Approach
Create an irresistible offer for digital nomads — one month free at a coliving space in Mexico City — and encourage current nomads to share it with their audience to acquire new ideal audience members.
Strategy
The Nomad Workation giveaway.
This campaign was hugely successful — we had over 2,000 registrants (new emails) which exceeded our goal by 100%.
We reached over 25k new accounts (+222.1% increase), and engaged 1.2k accounts (155.4% increase).
